I had an really good stay at Uno Design. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants and a bustling market nearby. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower had plenty of towels and bathrobes. Although the A/C had some issues, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved being on the most prestigious avenue of this place, just steps away from the downtown area. Not to mention, the service here was top-notch. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even offered car hire and shuttle services, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel also provided excellent amenities, from the well-equipped rooms to the delicious continental breakfast in the dining restaurant. Additionally, the staff accommodated our request for four rooms on the same floor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The staff and management were friendly and accommodating, and the delicious breakfast buffet was a definite highlight. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city on my business trip.

The lack of a terrace or balcony with a view was a downside, as was the absence of a proper bar and restaurant. The hotel also had some security concerns, with no bolt or chain on the main room doors.

Super comfy hotel, great location with everything you need close by. Free public parking right at the entrance. The room had all the necessary amenities and the check-in staff were wonderful. Easy access from the bus/train station.

The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.
